Situation Overview
A destructive 7.7-magnitude quake just struck Myanmar on Friday, March 28, 2025, near the city of Mandalay.
As of March 30th, there have been over 1,700 reported deaths, and at least 3,400 people have been injured and many others are still missing.
There have been severe impacts to communications, transportation, and power.
Tens of thousands of people already live without electricity, and with disrupted phone lines in affected areas, it has made it even more difficult to reach residents.

+ Mobile clinics
+ Healthcare facilities
We’re prioritizing the most vulnerable and hardest-to-reach communities. Our team is bringing renewable energy access to power:
+ Medical appliances
+ Phone charging stations
+ Water pumps and filtration devices
+ Night-time lighting
